I have tried a few ‘diets’ with some success. But with my new-found freedom, I am determined to make some lifestyle changes. If this is not your intention, I understand, and I am not expecting you to join me in everything I am doing. Cherry-pick the things you like, and skip the rest!!

Lee and I have been doing Intermittent Fasting for about 6 months. My go to guru for this lifestyle is Gin Stephens (Her two books: ‘Delay, Don’t Deny’ and ‘Fast Feast Repeat’ are great simplified tutorials on this

program.)

We are also working on a full Keto diet…more to come on this later.
