Making a List (and checking it twice!)
Are you a list-maker?
I love to make lists, the joy of crossing things out is incredible! Making lists also has helped me work through almost any challenge. The process of quieting myself and creating a list is often the best stress reliever for me.
Have you created a list of things you have always wanted to do if only you had time?
These are some of the things on my list:
Try cooking something new-roast a chicken, make ribs, make my own salad dressing
Clean out the bathroom cabinet (No real mystery here, pick your worst cabinet and put it on the list!)
Refinish my in-laws kitchen table
Grow my own herbs (Sure I’ve tried this before, but my success was spotty. I often forgot to use them!)
Plant beautiful flowers in the yard and on the patio
Work out every day (M-F)
Walk 1-2 miles a day
Call my Mother every week (Yes, your Mother/Father/Aunt/Friend would love to hear from you too!)
Deep Clean the Grout on my tile floors (Sounds crazy, but it was once a beautiful cream and now it is a dingy grey…:( )
Bake a peach pie for my Mother In-Law’s birthday (it’s her favorite) in July
You get the idea…..here I will be sharing things I am working on, progress reports on my existing lists, and new lists (I am always making new ones!)
