Lending a Hand 

 It’s important to use this time to help yourself right? Feel better, try new things, and get your ‘mo-jo’ back, right?

One of the things that helps me, is helping others. This can be as simple as sending a kind note to a friend or family member, or making a sweet treat and dropping it off at someone’s house. These small gestures have helped me get out of myself and share my love with other people.

Here I will share things I have done or am planning to do to help other people:

  • Send a sweet note to someone every week

  • Baking makes everyone happy

  • Take on tasks for other people-Can I run errands for someone? Can I walk someone’s dog? Can I do a small repair or cleaning project for someone? Could I grocery shop for someone?

  • What about volunteering?
