Perfect Roast Chicken
I love Ina Garten! She is also known as the Barefoot Contessa. She is my favorite chef on the Food Network. I find her recipes are the way I love to cook; she takes simple ingredients and ‘turns the volume up’ with great flavor. I also love hearing her stories about cooking for others. I like that she also wants to enjoy the meal, so she makes room for a combination of store-bought and homemade.
One of the first things I made from her cookbook was "‘Perfect Roast Chicken’. This is deceptively simple, and simply delicious. We have all had a lot of chicken, but this is tender, juicy, and wonderful. Give it a try!
