Lee has always loved Chicken Tenders. When we go out to eat, he is always looking for the best Chicken Tenders. He loves Houston’s Restaurant, they are all over the U.S., and he has eaten at most of them! They do not have Chicken Tenders on the menu, but if you ask for them they will make them. Lee loves this ‘secret’ menu item!
Over the years I have created my own versions of Chicken Tenders, and now I was looking for a healthier Keto version. My first try is this one.
