Hummingbird Cake
On the the first episode of ‘Filthy Rich’ they served Hummingbird Cake. I had never heard of this cake, so I looked it up, and decided to make it.
We served it to some friends at an outdoor dinner party. It was a big hit!!

I use waxed paper to keep the plate clean while frosting
