Cheesy Keto Biscuits
When you are focused on the Keto lifestyle, you can get tired of the high protein meals. We crave a little bread. Enter Cheesy Keto Biscuits!! These are easy to make, and are a perfect addition to a meal.
I have also made tuna melts on these open-faced biscuits. They are really delicious!
Low Carb Biscuits
1 1/2 C almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 C sour cream
4 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 C shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 450
Spray cups of 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray
Mix together dry ingredients-Flour, baking powder, salt.
In a separate bowl whisk together eggs, sour cream, and melted butter. Add this mixture to the flour mixture. And stir with a spoon until combined.
Add the shredded cheese and mix until combined.
Spoon (or use an ice cream scoop) to portion the batter evenly into the 12 muffin cups.
Bake for 13-18 minutes, until golden brown.
