Beautiful Winter……
I know walking provides physical and mental health benefits. I know that I am doing good things for my body and mind every time I walk out of the house! There are other benefits too. This week the sun has been shining on my walks, and I was able to capture some beautiful moments.
I have also added some ‘Grip-Ons’ to the bottoms of my boots to ensure I am not slipping and sliding. My sister recommended Yak Traxs. Both of these keep you striding confidently in the snow and ice.
What are your outdoor goals for the rest of the winter? I plan to get outside and walk every day!
