Enjoying the Herbs
Green Goddess Dressing
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1/3 C Buttermilk
1/4 C Fresh Basil-chopped
1/4 C Fresh Chives-chopped
1/4 C Flat-Leaf Parsley-chopped
1/4 C Lemon Thyme-chopped
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice (use fresh)
1 Clove of Garlic-grated
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
Toss all of this into a food processor, and add salt and pepper to taste.
This is incredible on ANY salad!!
You can use any ‘green’ herbs you are growing, or that you pick up at the grocery store or farmer’s market.
And, you can enjoy the fruits (or herbs!) of your labor!
