Cheese Crackers
Some of the snacks I have shared are pretty dairy heavy, and that does not work for everyone. These crackers will work for everyone! The main ingredient is parmesan cheese! When these are baking the fragrance is incredible!! These are a perfect treat for game time or your Friday Happy Hour.

Cheese Crackers
2 C grated parmesan cheese
2 ounces cream cheese
1 c almond flour
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven 450. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix cheese, flour, and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave 1 minute, or until melted, then stir until a dough is formed. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
Add the egg and salt, and combine until fully incorporated.
Place ball of dough between two sheets of parchment paper, and roll out to 1/4” thick. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into 1” squares.
Bake for 5 minutes, and then take out and flip each cracker over and cook for another 3-5 minutes. (I found that you really need to watch these or they can burn.)
Cool on wire rack, and enjoy!!
