Keto Nachos!

As always, I am looking for ways to treat Lee to fun on Taco Tuesday. This is it! Delicious, easy, and a great way to enjoy a fun snack!

1/1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400. Cover baking sheets with parchment paper.

Place a small ‘piles’ of cheese on the baking sheet. Space them about 2” apart, this will spread as they melt. Bake for about 10 minutes until melted and bubbly. Watch carefully, they burn easily!

Let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5-10 minutes.

Place each cheese ‘nacho’ on a platter, and top with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
