Roasted Brussel Sprouts

I love Brussel Sprouts! I think many people ‘think’ they do not like them them because they have never had them roasted. I want to share the easiest way to prepare Brussel Sprouts and learn to love them. This is also how I roast many vegetables-broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, zucchini, even mushrooms. You name it I love to roast it!

1 bag of Brussel Sprouts

Olive Oil

Salt Pepper

Balsamic Vinegar

Preheat oven to 425

Wash, trim stems, and quarter the Brussel Sprouts. Spread the sprouts out in a sheet pan. Drizzle 2-3 tbsp olive oil on them, and salt & pepper to taste. Toss them to ensure all sprouts are covered in olive oil.

Place in the oven for 15 minutes (until softened and slightly browned), tossing after 10 minutes. Pour 2-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar over hot Brussel Sprouts.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
