Keto French Toast

Have you made Keto Bread yet? Well, I highly recommend it!! I used part of a loaf to make French Toast this weekend! It was delicious and felt like we were ‘cheating’!!

1/2 loaf of Keto Bread, sliced into 1/2” slices

2 eggs

1/4 c coconut milk

1/4 c heavy cream (or almond milk)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Beat everything together in a shallow pan or low-sided bowl. (I use a pie pan.)

Dip the bread slices into mixture, ensure that both sides are well coated. Place on preheated(medium heat) pan, coated with olive oil or butter. Cook until both sides at lightly browned.

Top with whipped topping and cinnamon.

I served it with bacon!
