2021 Resolve

As 2021 started I chose not to make resolutions. I decided to stick with my strong resolve to focus on my physical/mental wellness, by working out, eating well, and allowing my creative mind to flow.

  1. Rowing on our rowing machine using a HIIT workout Fat Burning Workout from Dark Horse on You Tube. This is a 20 minute workout, that I have usually completed by 6:30 AM every day.

  2. Walking 1-2 miles every day. Walking outside rain, shine, or snow is good for me both physically and mentally. I have come to love this ‘white space’ in my day!

What are your resolutions? As we head into the 11th month of this pandemic it is important to be kind to ourselves. What are you doing to care for yourself?
