Birthday Pie

My Mother In-Law’s birthday is July 28th. This quarantine has forced us to recreate family celebrations. My idea was to make her favorite dessert and drop it off in her garage. It is not the same as an in-person celebration, but I hoped it would make her day special.

First the espionage….

1. Find my Mother In-Law’s favorite dessert without asking her directly.

2. Lee reached out to his sister for the details.

3. We hoped she was right and not trying to mess with us!!

Perfect Peach Pie

I used a short-cut and brought Pillsbury Pie Crusts. This allowed me to spend all my time on the peaches and a pretty lattice crust!
