Almond Protein Shakes
I reached out to Bob’s Red Mill to let them know I used their almond flour and love it! They responded by sending me a box with 2 bags of almond flour and 2 bags of a new item of theirs-Almond Protein Powder! I decided to try it to break my fast each day. It has been quite a while since I have replaced a meal with a shake, so I was excited to try it. First I just made it with coconut milk and the powder. I was satisfying and delicious. I included blueberries in my second try…..even better! My favorite version has blueberries & strawberries! The shake is filling, and delicious! I highly recommend this!!
Each serving has 14g carbs (-6 fiber), so actual carbs 8g. Loaded with protein 20g!
